These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 5c55 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5c55 website located at https://5c55.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and content offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 5c55 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any future amendments. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all persons who access or use the 5c55 website and platform in any capacity, including as a registered player, a visitor, or a participant in any promotion. 5c55 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access to any player at its sole discretion. Players who disagree with any aspect of these Terms should discontinue use of the platform and contact support if they have outstanding balances.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a 5c55 account, players must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis. 5c55 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility criteria are found to have been breached.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 5c55 enforces this age restriction without exception and will request identity verification documents where age cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, associations, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied through 5c55 or any third-party responsible gaming authority. It is your responsibility to notify 5c55 if you are self-excluded.
• You must not use the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Use of the 5c55 platform for commercial gain, arbitrage, bonus abuse, or any form of systematic advantage play is prohibited.

5c55 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. All players may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are approved. 5c55 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals until verification is complete.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Players may hold only one registered account on the 5c55 platform at any time. If 5c55 discovers that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — 5c55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain any bonus funds.

Players are responsible for all activity on their accounts. You must keep your login credentials private and not share them with any third party. 5c55 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication options.

• Players must notify 5c55 immediately if they suspect that their account has been accessed without authorisation. 5c55 will investigate such reports and take appropriate steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• Account closure requests may be submitted through the in-app support channel. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been approved will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
• Players must update their registered information promptly if any details change, including mobile number, email address, or payment method. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay the processing of withdrawals or prevent the completion of KYC verification.
• 5c55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or any other form of prohibited conduct as described in these Terms. Suspended accounts will be notified by email or in-app message.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5c55 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. 5c55 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. All withdrawal requests are manually reviewed and processed in the order in which they are received. 5c55 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes described in the platform's payment documentation.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the player's own name. 5c55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods under a different name.
• 5c55 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. This is in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and applies equally to all players regardless of account standing.
• Any funds that are suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, system exploitation, or any form of bonus abuse will be withheld pending investigation. 5c55 will notify the player of any such hold and provide an opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
• Deposits made but not wagered may be subject to a verification check before withdrawal is approved. 5c55 may request confirmation that deposited funds have been used for genuine gaming activity and not solely for the purpose of money transfer or laundering.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5c55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated on each individual promotion page. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified on each promotion page. Games that contribute less than 100% toward the wagering requirement will be listed in the promotion's specific terms.

• 5c55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of cancellation will not be affected by the cancellation retrospectively, provided they continue to meet the original bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Claiming a bonus multiple times through the same account, linked accounts, same household, or same payment method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 5c55 reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in any specific promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have been previously found to have abused bonus terms may be permanently excluded from future promotional offers.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds that remain unused after the expiry date specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the player's account.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only, defined as players who are creating their first-ever account on the 5c55 platform. Players who previously held an account, regardless of closure reason, are not eligible for new player promotions.

Section 6

Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the 5c55 platform operate under the specific rules governing each game type. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. 5c55 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

All non-live casino games on 5c55 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and statistically independent of all previous rounds. Live dealer games use physical equipment streamed in real time from certified studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 5c55 will use game server logs to determine the outcome of the round. Where a round cannot be definitively resolved from available logs, the wager will be returned to the player's account as a full refund.
• Bets placed in error by a player, including bets placed on the wrong market, wrong match, or at incorrect odds due to a platform display error, may be voided at 5c55's discretion. 5c55 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player's betting error.
• Odds and game outcomes on the 5c55 platform are final once a round is completed and confirmed. 5c55 does not accept claims for recalculation of odds or game results after the round settlement period has concluded.
• Sports betting markets on 5c55 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for each sport or tournament. For cricket, official results are those declared by the relevant board (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment, or result reversal, bets will be settled according to 5c55's sports betting rules for the relevant sport.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5c55 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation, and 5c55 reserves the right to close the account permanently and withhold all associated funds where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, collect data, or gain any form of advantage not available to human players acting manually.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share game information in real time during a live dealer session, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit platform systems or promotions.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerabilities in the 5c55 platform to generate a financial advantage. Any winnings generated through known or suspected exploitation of a platform error will be voided.
• Registering using false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or allowing another person to operate your 5c55 account on your behalf. All accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
• Using the 5c55 platform as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity. 5c55 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 5c55 support staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

Where 5c55 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, recover any funds obtained as a result of the prohibited conduct from the player's account balance, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming Commitment

5c55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform offers deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools directly within account settings. These tools are available to all registered players and can be activated immediately upon request. 5c55 strongly encourages all players to use these tools if they feel their gambling is becoming difficult to control.

The 5c55 platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. 5c55 will immediately close any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 and will refund any deposits made, minus any bonus funds claimed. Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5c55 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of 5c55 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the 5c55 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or adapted without the prior written consent of 5c55.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 5c55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to scrape, index, reproduce, or systematically extract data from the platform by any means.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5c55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, service interruption, or any failure to complete a transaction. 5c55 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

5c55's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the date of the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

5c55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version of the Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are advised to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

For material amendments to the Terms — meaning changes that significantly affect player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or bonus eligibility — 5c55 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via in-app notification or email to the registered address on the player's account, where technically practicable.

Section 12

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming and entertainment law. In the event of any dispute between a player and 5c55 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player should first contact the 5c55 support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 5c55 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution process outlined in the platform's Responsible Gaming and support documentation. 5c55 does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any single national court, and players are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they are unsatisfied with the outcome of 5c55's internal dispute resolution process.
